But, when it comes to designing my site, that is a whole other story. I am sick of  IE6 being a hinderance on code and formatting when it comes to my own site. I do not think I will become so drastic as to block IE6 users from seeing my site (yet), but I am not going to spend the extra time to make it work either. I am taking astand against a craptastic browser. It does not work for me so why should I work for it. In the future if I do implement changes on my site that make it completely brocken on IE6 I may take the step of blocking IE6 users.

I know I have many IE6 visitors to my page but honestly it is time for you to upgrade. Here is a few links for you to follow to the browsers you need.

I also have decided that I am going to start posting on the blog again here as well. Many of my personal posts I have been doing at nitforpat.com, but I would like to start posting again here because I do come across many different design related articles, projects, and pieces that I would like to catalog on the site. I have noticed on my analitics that I have been getting quite a few more visitors to the site than usual, so it is my hope I can keep the content fresh and give visitors a reason to keep coming back.

A project I have been working on for sometime now. I first built the site as a static HTML site, but recently have begun moving the site over to WordPress so taht the client can have more control over the content. The site includes all your typical features and even has an integrated event planning, invite, and RSVP system. The site can be seen here, nashvilleasce.org.

Another WordPress site, this time created for a successful team of nightclub owners in downtown Nashville. They wanted a site with a blog, and space to show off information on their different ventures. The site design was done by Jeff Stamper at etherworkshop.com and the coding and small design touches were done by me. The site can be seen at strategichospitalityonline.com.

Another Dream Systems piece. This piece was created as a full color flyer that was handed out at a conference for environmental awareness. I got the call for the project about a week before the several 1000 flyers needed to be printed, so a quick turnaround was a necessity.

A website created for a local Nashville artist, Julia Martin, to display her work and perhaps, in the future, sell her work. The site can be seen at julia-martin.com.

A partner in the field of design, Ether Workshop is a design shop located in East Nashville. I put this version of the site together for Ether Workshop at the begining of 2008. The site can currently be seen at etherworkshop.com.

A site put together for Dream Systems LLC, a company that sells and sets up audio visual rooms for businesses. Unfortunetly the site was never finished and may never come to fruition, which leaves me a little dissapointed because I do like the design of the site very much.

paradiseparkonline.com is a flash site with a tad of CSS structure thrown in. The site was created for a downtown Nashville venue called Paradise Park. The club is one that tries to be as “red neck” as they can, and they wanted a site taht reflected that. All the flash work, illustration, and coding were done by me.

Sometime back, when I first was starting to theme the iphone and ipod touch, I created a theme of glyphs so that other artists could use them for there themes as a starting point. Some of the gyphs in that theme I was much happier with then others, not to mention it was missing some of the standard apps since the 2.0 software release for the iPhone. So this is my next go at it.

Other artists are welcome to use these icons as they want, the only thing I ask is that you give me credit and link back to this post so that other artists and interested people can find the same tools.
