		<description>I don&#039;t know if you visit the Consumerist or not but I&#039;ve actually had some help.  The link below is for all the executives at Best Buy.  From the CEO down.  The best thing to do is email all these folks and make sure to copy the Consumerist on the email.  While your at it copy some news outlets as well.  When they can see that bad publicity is about to hit they usually fix the issue.  I did this when I had problems with Comcast and after bombing their inbox with the Consumerist listed as well as local Seattle news stations I actually got a call from the VP of Comcast for the state of WA.  They basically gave me 3 months of free cable and paid for my MLB subscription, my ESPN College Gameplan, and hooked me up with a crap load of free On-Demand movies that you normally have to pay for.  Give it a shot, it can&#039;t hurt.
